How do I transfer my domain from another provider to you

You own your domain and you can transfer it to another manager anytime.  Think of a domain as a personalised number plate, your own the plate, but change the cars, no matter what car your plate is on, you still own the plate.

We recommend requesting your code from your current domain provider before you start the transfer process.

You will need to contact your current domain registrar and ask them to send you your UDAI Code, also know as an EPP or Authorisation Code.

Once you get your code you can start the transfer process or send us the code and we will start the transfer for you.
